LOUIS XV STYLE CULTURED FAUX MARBLE FIREPLACE SURROUND - LOCAL PICK UP ONLY


This exquisite Louis XV style fireplace surround is molded of "cultured" faux marble in a beautiful cream color with swirls of beige and tan. The fireplace is constructed of 3 pieces: top, surround and hearth. This vintage fireplace surround is approximately 35 years old.

The hearth (base) has been modified and shortened to 11"D in order to fit a smaller condo or apartment.

The black insert is free standing and removable. I have included a photo showing the fireplace without the black insert.

The overall measurements including the hearth are approximately 45.5"W x 11"D x 43.25"H.
The opening is approximately 33.5"H x 33"W

PLEASE NOTE:  The faux marble fireplace is in very good condition considering it is 35 years old. There is a slightly split wooden board inside the fireplace just beneath the top. This has not affected the use of the fireplace at all through the years. The black pressboard fireplace insert is a little scratched in places, The insert is constructed of 3 pieces that are hinged by long plastic strips that tend to come apart when moved around. You might want to tape the back of the insert to keep it together once you have it in place
